What this page covers

Editozzo Studio is a wedding video editing and color grading service for videographers, and is responsible for the information described here. This page explains what happens to the information you send through this site and to the footage you send us for editing.

The enquiry form

The form on this site collects your name, email address, website or social handle, which formats you need and your message. It is delivered through Web3Forms, a form delivery service that passes it to our inbox and handles it under its own privacy policy. We use it to answer you and for nothing else — no newsletter, no resale, no advertising lists.

Your footage and your couples' data

• Footage is stored on our drives and in the cloud service you shared it from.
• Working files are deleted 7 days after final delivery unless you ask us to archive them.
• We work white label: your couples are not told that the edit was outsourced.

Billing

We take no deposit. When you approve a film, we send a payment request through our payment platform, which handles the payment.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors or build profiles. It records page views and referrers in aggregate. There are no advertising trackers here, which is why you were not asked to accept cookies.

Video embeds

The portfolio player loads nothing from Vimeo until you press play. Once you do, Vimeo receives your IP address and handles it under its own privacy policy. The player is loaded with Vimeo's do-not-track setting, which tells it not to track the viewing session or set cookies.

How long anything is kept

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as we might reasonably still work together, and deleted on request. Payment records are kept for the statutory period. Delivered projects are kept per the schedule above.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address in the contact section and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
